I just moved back to denver after 4 years in the Desert (AZ) and found this group. You guys are great.

Went up to Dillon as I used to do when I lived here before to fish for kokes. Found 2.5 inches of low quality ice, but with ambient temps in the single digits farenheit, the ice held ok. Fished for 2hours from 6:30am to 8:30am. NO KOKES! Caught multiple skinny bows (not looking like they have been gourging on eggs) and thankfully, 2 large suckers (good bait for later!).

Has anyone had any luck with kokes here this year?

grandby and wolford have been good so far i have done very well at both. i was wondering about dillion we usually catch alot there too, just smaller ones. will have to try there soon

We were fishing on the ice. It was porous appearing, not the good, hard, clear ice. By this weekend, it should be much safer.

well i guess u get first ice braggin rights..unless someone else got them, but cool stuff, i cant wait
