If you live with in 30 minutes of South Boulder Creek it is really a nice gig. The fish are small, but the setting is pretty and the action is usually good. Most of the time the fish are not really picky. A nice place to break out the 4 wt rod.
South Boulder Creek
Went today to S Boulder Creek. Good times, beautiful day. Caught three fish, two browns and one rainbow. Around 10 inches. Not really big but fun. Weather was good till the afternoon when we had to walk back to the car in the rain and sleet. Great time reguardless. Long hike but worth it. Probably going to go to Golden and hit clear creek tomorrow.
