I have fished bass for 25 yrs and each year the spawn varies according to water temp and conditions. I have noted that the LM spawn seems to be best when the water temp hits 68. I have seen fish in Qiuncy spawning mid June. I was at Cedar Bluffs Kansas last wknd the temp in the morning was 60 and Ill bet that that lake will not spawn until the end of the month.
