Got to spinney and it looked like this.

It cleared up,but it was so cold that my line was froze. Fishing was great later on in the day when it warmed up. I was usind all sorts of different nymphs/midges and did pretty well in the Buff. I even threw a chad rapela trying to get a pike. Instead caught another trout. Latter on that day I threw damsel nymphs under a blood worm under a black hares ear and hooked up ona few bo's and a 13 inch pike. THat made my day. Here are some pics.....

This last one was caught on or by the damn.

Those fish have some nice color to them. Man, in your first pic the lake is hard to make out!

Those are some fat looking trout, definately getting ready for the ice. Good job... I love breaking the ice out of the eyelets when fishing, just the forgetting about it and casting and the line sticking... good times.
