Hey guys and gals was out at spratt lake and seen several really nice large mouths and they all had some type of fungus on them?........ Kinda like Ick..... Do any of you folks no whats going on

My guess would be dill-holes that do not understand the ins and outs of fish handling.

Slime for fish is like our skin, it is their barrier to infection.

Remove our skin and we do not do so well either.

i really do not think that it is the way that people are handling the fish it is really some type of fungus?there are way to many fish in the same condition

Fungus is generally caused by poor handling. They pretty much have to lose some of their slime and/or be in very poor water conditions. It can be caused by them spawning, but since they are just starting, that's not at all likely.
