Springtime Crappie Fishing

Last week I dropped the kayak in a Minnesota Metro lake to target some shallow Crappies as they prepare for the Spawn. It took me a little while to find them but once I did, it was one on every pass. The Bass were thick in the shallows as well and I had an unexpected visit from a Toad that put a bend in the Ultralight!
