Icing Conditions - 2/1/2011
With the return of colder temperatures ice fishing will be allowed on MALLARD POND ONLY. All other ponds will be closed until ice thickness increases. Be aware that the ice thickness still varies greatly and any activities on the ice are at your own risk, so please use caution. Remember, ice is NEVER safe, always check thickness as you go, and try not to go alone. Before going out onto a frozen lake, pond or river, it's important to take safety precautions to reduce the risk of falling through the ice. Knowing how to judge ice conditions will also help you make more informed decisions while enjoying winter activities.

That's off the state park website.
