Fished Stanley last night with my dautghter from around 6:30-8:30pm. Started near the bouy line and got two small wipers. Weeds in that area are up to 5' from the surface. Worked the area in front of the sailboat school and the rangers dock and got a 16" trout and a 18" walleye.

Spoke to the rangers for a few minutes and they mentioned that not much had been coming out of Stanley latley. With the hotter weather the lake temp has started to settle a little bit and they think thinks should start to turning on soon.

Good luck fishing

Got the walleye on a spinner rig using a long shank hook w/ a 3" gilp power minow with the split tail. The wiper hit a #5 shad rap in crawdad color.
