Went hucking metal for walters but only the red-eyes would play. Got a 4" eye, an 18" sucker, 2 6" perch and about 30-40 smb. Missed easily as many. Once found, it was every cast with at least a hit if not multiple hits.

Geez it was nice out, fished 10-4 in shorts, tee, and sandals never a cool moment.

Got 10 this size:

Fished the pit ledges in the back yesterday. A few perch, crappie, walleye, and smallmouth. Biggest was maybe a 10 in. Smallie. Back is littered with 2in shad. Need a good cold front to kill of some of the competition . Nice smallies.

I was surprised to run into a bunch of those nicer sized smallies out there yesterday too- along with several 8" - 12" walleyes that were also bellying up to the all-you-can-eat shad bar. Some ate metal and some ate weighted white streamers. Was off the marina peninsula just south and west of where your pics were taken. Very nice day out on the water!
