Hey Guys

I am looking for some recommendations for a guide/outfitter to fish with on the Taylor River C&R unit.

Any recommdendations on whos the best?

Any additional info would be greatly appreciated.

Who needs a guide. The last time I fished there I only had a spinning rod and I flipped out a lead head black and yellow crappie jig and landed some decent browns.

hey, a can o' chaw and a can-do attitude works wonders... ::)

I don 't know if he is still doing it, but Todd Anderson scares those fish to death. Actually, Todd is THE reason that I took up fly fishing, I had lived in Colorado for 15 years and had zero interest. Then he got hired at the Thornton Sportsman's where I was working at the time, and I saw Todd's photo album.

Oh my God, you just have no idea...

I bet you could get Landon in the off season... really though, I would rather fish with Todd, pretty sure he has caught more big fish. Really!

Save your money - you don't need a guide to fish that section. It is the same as most other tailwaters except the fish are bigger. Use those tactics and you will catch fish there.
