Wow, that looks awesome. Definitely on my bucket list. What kind of set up do you use down there? 6 or 7wt?

The one time I have fly fished salt was down in Cozumel, sight fishing to cruising bones. I thought to myself, "man, this is going to get expensive".

Super cool!!! I would guess he's throwing at least an 8wt... I would love to do that.

Yep 8 wt. -- the flys are unweighted but the wind is constant 10-15 and when hooked they tend to head for the marsh grass. I like to put the heat on em cause his buddies are close by.

Vinnie,
The activity level is a lot better than it's been in South Park the last several weeks. Toughest fall fishing I've experienced in the past 10 years. Headed over to the Pan Mon. to see if the browns want to play before the spawn.
Nice going on your trip. Are you back in Florida?

Thanks Bill -- Be headin for Fl. next month.. 1st stop P-cola for the annual bull redfish run and then down to Sarasota to my snook hangout.

Looks like Spinney will be 10' low next spring like this year was, but the fishing was great..

Enjoy Fl. this winter and see you at Spin next April.
