Plan was to hit some poundage at the Mile then go to Spinney for some afternoon action. Well, the weather turned warm and calm and the fish were very happy so we just kept catching them. Maybe Spinney next week- Landed 20 between us, 1 brown about 17" was the last fish at 3pm. My largest was 19 3/4" but he slapped me down b4 I could get a pic.

The Slayer strikes again. Great looking fish! We went last night about 6:30 and Jeff caught a 21" 4lb bow but that was the only one caught. Was thinking about going after work today but its pretty windy right now, I'm sure there are whitecaps with the 26mph winds we are having! Again, great job and great timing for the Mile.

Thx, Jewel. Another month and those red ants will make shore fishing less than fun-
You said something there! One time my son and I took our chances in the canoe in the wind after getting our butts kicked on shore by those ants. Had to row upwind to sucker cove. :p
