Like that girl you can always count on, she always puts out if you find the right hole and do the right kinda tickle.

Drilled the first hole @ 7:45AM and had a fish on the ice within 5 minutes.

Atomic Teasers tipped with a mealworm did the ticket in 12 FOW jigged anywhere from the bottom to halfway up.

Most hit like a freight train, IE: very aggressive.

The 2 of us didn't quite hit the number Jonesboy did, but we got enough to keep us happy and in the action all day.

We were done by 1:00.

Here's a few pics.

My favourite of the day, and I'm not hiding behind the fish, pic just came out that way.

John with a nice one. He had the hot stick today!

Another shot of the brown. We did keep a few...

Thanks AO. I was pleasantly surprised by the catch. I actually get a lot of browns with the fly-rod on my after work close to home jaunts, but they don't get very large.

Lake browns are another matter altogether.

One of my goals in 14 was to CPR a nice fall spawning brown, but whitetail hunting took priority, depending on my draws maybe I can make it a 15 reality.
