yesterday a little 14" tiger muskie hung out by the wife while she fished. lil fella just swam around in the boulders. I know virtually nothing about them so I thought I'd do some reading. didn't know they were sterile. BUT the biggest thing that I think you'll all be happy to know is this snippet:

Tiger muskie are prodigious eaters of fish, "They pose no threat to people, however."

hilarious....for someone to put that in a brochure has to mean that they got enough questions to put out an answer :)

The tiger musky isnt pure and is a hybrid. Its a pure musky and a pike hybrid. They normally put hybrids in because they grow faster but dont reproduce. Just like wipers dont reproduce. You also have some control so they don't over populate but may not have anything to do with stocking them.
