so my favorite tecnique for catching bass is a weightless worm, but i've never bought anything other than the 7" powerbait worms or the 4" rattlesnake worms. Im thinking i should branch out and try some new ones. whats your favorite soft plastic to use and what tecnique do you favor?

Tubes.Tubes of different colors, sizes, and weight.Catch about anything that swims.Best overall soft plastic lure, and the price is right.Scented,or unscented.

I agree, one of the best and most consistant baits you can fish with. I used to use tubes all the time, the only problem I had was I wasn't consistantly catching the bigger fish like the guys that were using jigs. So I quit using tubes and went to jigs and creature baits. Tubes always did me well when the fishing was tough or didn't take 20lbs to win a tournament.
