Thought you guy's might enjoy this, many of you are already going but in case a few others want to join us for a fun night of Trout Fishing Patagonia with the Trout Bums and a few beer...this is the place!

The Denver Chapter of Trout Unlimited (formerly known as Wild Trout) is having a fundraiser on January 26, 2006 to raise money for a kids fly fishing educational program with the Kepner School District.

The event is January 26, 2006 at Mile High Station. The doors will open at 6:30, show starts at 7:30. The guys from The Angling Exploration Group (www.anglingexploration.com) will be in town for the International Sportsmans Expo and will be showing their new movie "Trout Bum Diaries, Volume 1 - Patagonia" about their fly fishing adventures in Argentina and Chile as well as footage from New Zealand and Iceland. They will be there to answer questions about their experiences and provide tips on how to "do it yourself." I've seen a 45 minute trailer of the movie and can only compare these guys to being the "Warren Millers" of flyfishing. The tickets are $20 and can be purchased at our website http://www.denvertu.org at the door, or by contacting me at 303-960-6709. Admission purchase includes viewing of the movie and a raffle ticket for a fly rod. There will be other raffles and admission gets you 2 free pulls off the keg as long as supplies last.

We are very excited about our program to educate youths at Kepner Middle School about the art of fly fishing and want to be able to make The experience as beneficial as possible. Come hang out with us, have a few beers, catch a great movie and presentation, and come home with some gear
