Sorry for the delay on this. Forgot.
Went to Spinney on Thursday the 1st of Aug. because I didn't want to do the boat decon thing to launch at 11 Mile.

Going through the inspection before heading home I started questioning the inspector who knows me now about this deconing boats between the lakes.

He tells me there was a mass of confusion about this among the inspectors and its straightened out now.
So according to him the only boats that have to be deconed going from Spinney to 11 Mile are I/O's. Not outboard motors.

I think you can make a strong argument that a large part of our ANS program is little more than a jobs program.
