Hi There,

I'm going to be coming to Colorado the first week of May and would love to fish for a day or two. My wife has some family in Littleton so that's where we're probably going to be staying most of the time. Any information on where to go would be greatly appreciated. Would like to get into some Crappies and Bluegill and mabye Bass as we do not have those species here. I would also gladly pay my way if anyone is going out and would like some company. I can return the favor if anyone is interested in coming up to Alberta one day.

Thank you
WC

Not far from where you'll be is Chatfield Reservoir, and it can offer some delightful smallmouth fishing in May. I've usually gone a little later in the month, but they might have turned on by the time you're here. Tube jigs (greens & browns) worked along rocky bay shallows have produced well for me.

if you don't mind the drive to pueblo, about 110 miles, my walleye partner and i might put you on some walleyes, might pick up a bass or two. our favorite crappie lake might be going by then
