Every year someone has some cool "new" ideas I've never tried before... My snack bar will include:

1) Mini Hot Dogs in Crescent Rolls
2) Cream Cheese and Jalapeno's wrapped inside Salami
3) Artichoke Dip in a bread Round
4) Crock pot chili / cheese dip
5) Potato Salad

Of course, plenty of fermented / aged beverages to wash down this mess of carb's...

For deer, I like German sausage. For antelope, I like tenderloin and backstrap. For elk, I like a roast cooked in a crock pot.

Pretty standard at this household for SuperBowl,..

bbq wings
nachos
shrimp

I must say, tho, I really, really, hate the Packers. Not really fond of Pittsburg. Oh well, the eats should be good.

I love an excuse to cook and drink! :D
Damn that looks awesome. Is that a whole 15-20lber? Or just the flat cut, roughly 5-8lber? Cooked for about 20hrs at 250*? God I love me some brisket. I might just do one!

On behalf of F.F. Woodycooks, what are Scottish eggs?
12 hard boiled eggs
2 lbs. sausage
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. unseasoned dry bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Cool eggs and remove shells. Cover each egg with sausage, dip in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs.

Heat oil to 350 degrees or use deep fat fryer.

Fry eggs, one at a time, until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
