I am very careful with my non-goretex waders. But after a year or so they start to weep and it looks like the inside mesh layer is delaminating. I do not wash my waders and this my cause some interior discoloring---that maybe mold.
No obvious holes just a wet calf.
Any ideas/comments?

Well, if you're putting them away without being sure they're dry inside, they can mold. Otherwise sounds like crappy waders.

I always recommend (and do this myself, not just talk about it) is turn my waders inside out as soon as I take them off so they will dry on the inside first. This usually takes 20 minutes or so to dry then turn them back right and let the outside dry. Keeps the smell down AND they are dry on the inside for sure when I go to use them the next time.

I had a pair of Simms Freestone waders that I never washed in 3 1/2 years, just hung to dry, never had an issue. Buy better waders that come with a manufacturer warranty or repair policy...
