Went out with a few friends for some walleye fishing. Got to admit, I was one of those hippies that would tell people consider catching and releasing all fish we don't need to feed our selves with them. Until I tried Walleye tacos. I'm going to have to start keeping a few walleye because it is one of the best meals I've ever had. I see why people love walleye now. I see why Slayer is a walleye killer now.

Here is how we prepared them:

I have to be able to catch the crappie first haha, they are my nemesis man! The perch should be a it easier.
