I heard thru the grapevine that it has been a dissappointment so far? Especially at Cherry Creek. I also heard that they may try Carter this week and next to make up for the shortfall.

Has anyone else heard the same thing?

They need to dump about 500 gallons of beer in the Cherry Creek and then turn up the Barry White. That will get anything to spawn.

They pulled the Nets at CC and moving them to Carter. They also bombed at Chatfield. By the time they got the nets in the fish were spawned out. I heard they spawned up river.

Cherry Creek (March 16th)

Yeah, that day, I expected to see more fish in the nets. Saw enough to broaden my views on what lurks in there though. Check it out...

I think the spawn was not on schedule this year with all the weird weather we had.

Weird weather in Colorado......... I'm not surprised.

Like this coming weekend. Snow after a full week of high sixties and low seventies. That'll knock the warm water bite back another week or so! Water temp averages were just approaching the fifties.
