if a lake that is about 65 below about 8 feet and is generally about 20 feet deep and they add about 6 more feet of about 58 degree water to it will it change the fishing much.

In my opinion it will change the fishing quite a lot. Not so much from the temp change because that should equal out pretty quick but the chemistry of the water, PH change and structure now available. I think it might heat up the fishing for you but I am not an expert... :-\

Unfortunatlly all the structure in this lake is concrete slabs and some weeds. There are MRTs and some good sized ones northerns and some bass.
