I went to my local Arvada Bass Hole yesterday afternoon; as I walked up to the inlet a single something hit top water. My question is what would you tie on in this situation? The only hatch I could see was a size 22 midge, or cotton wood seeds.

I agree with rollcast... A prince nymph can also work well if there feeding right under the water line... let it sink then pull it a little and so on and so forth secret is just to be patient…  If that does not work ........dynamite >:D
