well i have only ate trout from colorado and its great if its native and big enough to filet to many small bones otherwise and when i lived in virgina they only saltwater fish i ate was crocker or sea trout what ever you want to call it

yea some people i ran into called them sea trout but i knew them as croker they were fun to catch with strips off squid

i was looking at a magazine and it had an article on a couple guys who make walleye on a stick and sell it at county fairs and fishing tournaments man they stuff just looked amazing.(i refrained from using that mags. name due to a conflict of interest)

ok no problem i realize that as well. i just believe that it was not very tactful to do so with the launch of your new venture.

did you try soaking it in milk for awhile before you cook it it helps with the taste
