Gotta go on call Saturday, and after.... I'm thinking of cold feet at williams fork after a fat cats breakfast feast. Gonna meet up with homies and fish. Supposed to be in the mid 50s so I might pretend I'm in Florida. Either way given my past out there In April there should be carnage a plenty. What about youse?

Most likely somewhere with open water and toothy fish.
Knowing you that's a few places I can assume. Good luck!
Thinking south for saturday.

Then northeast for Monday night.
Local rivers unless I decide to go visit the Parents.

Slimer slammin!
11-Mile Reservoir

Welp I skunked at slayerfish's spot and now I'm drinking in a bar in krem, hearing a woman scream about wanting to punch Jane Fonda in the face. I love being divorced.
I ended up chasing tigers closer to home. Took my kids and fished/hiked for 4 hours, then went to grab lunch. Two hits on a 128 Lucky Craft Pointer. Missed them both. One might have been a small fish, maybe even a trout. The other one actually grabbed my lure and ran maybe a couple of feet before I felt it.
And they have such hard boney moufs!

Where were you? I was at Witcher's, Lazy Boy and Rocking Chair.

Nope, no fly fishing for me...I was west about 300 yards from the parking lot at Lazy Boy, in a cove and then a big ravine.

None of those places-
Thinking of heading down to Spinney/Elevenmile for the first open weekend! I moved to Boulder last August and am just now back to having enough time to fish. I tried Boyd reservoir last weekend and it was super slow, which figures from the species they have. I bet those Pike down in 11m and spinney are more active.

Hell yeah! The Mile is pretty easy.
