Wiper at Union

So far, I have yet to really hit wiper hard, but starting tomorrow, I am going to give it a try at union, water is prob 40 give or take. So whats my best bet? Shad under bober after I locate on fish finder? Troll crankbait? This year union is already full, so there will not be the normal abundance of wiper around the inlet. Anyone have any ideas? I would rather go to Lonetree but not enough time. Eye's are turning on!
